此計劃為基隆太平山城藝棧藝術家駐村計畫，駐村者影像導演李剛齡邀請蔡晴丞擔任編舞暨舞者。以舞蹈肢體詩意的方式描繪基隆之美。

This program is the Residency Project at TaiPing Art Hub in Keelung Taiwan. The resident artists, film director Lee Kany-Ling, invited Ching-Cheng Tsai to choreograph and perform in the project.  Through the poetic language of dance and movement, they depict the beauty of Keelung.
