此計劃由臺灣文學館、臺灣文學基地發起，黑眼睛跨劇團邀請，讓我們有機會好好讀、聽、說以及感受我們的母語，透過陳明仁老師的詩作思考身而為人的意義，我們在台灣「走（cháu）跳（thiàu）」的生活究竟是什麼？

導演暨編舞蔡晴丞與四位表演者以詩作連結自我生命的親身經歷，演出關於家庭記憶的故事，描述父母為了生活辛苦奔波的人生。希望能藉由這些生命的小故事喚起我們對台語的認知、對台灣文化的理解，繼續探索我們在地的生活。

 
This initiative, launched by the National Museum of Taiwan Literature and the Taiwan Literature Base, and hosted by the Dark Eyes Performance Lab, gives us the opportunity to read, listen to, speak and experience our mother tongue properly. Taiwanese is one of Taiwan's mother tongues, yet we often forget it, having become accustomed to speaking only Mandarin. Through the poetry of Babuja, we contemplate the meaning of humanity. What exactly is the life we describe in Taiwanese as 'walking and jumping' (cháu thiàu)? Is it a life brimming with vitality? Or is it a life fought for survival?

Director and choreographer Tsai Ching-Cheng and four performers draw upon their personal experiences and poetry to tell the story of a family and their memories, depicting the lives of parents who work tirelessly to make ends meet. Through these intimate tales, they aim to raise awareness of the Taiwanese language and culture and encourage continued exploration of our local way of life.
